If you don’t have your own car we can pick you up from the ferry terminal, Koromiko airport or the rail station.

Make for the war memorial on the Picton foreshore, starting point for the High Street. Travelling away from the foreshore, you will come to a T-junction at the top of High Street (landmark, the blue Police Station). Turn right into Broadway and cross over the railway lines, veering left. You are now in Wairau Road. Turn left into Devon Street (landmark, the yellow signpost to the Essons Valley walkways and the stone church). Continue straight along Devon Street and then turn left at Canterbury Street. Continue right to the end of Canterbury Street and turn left into Heather Place, which is a very short street. Take the bend to the left for no.5 Waterfall Cottage is at the end of Heather Place.
On leaving the airport, turn left and join State Highway 1 in the direction of Picton. Or, take State Highway 1 from Blenheim to Picton. After slowing at the 50 kms per hour road sign on the outskirts of Picton, continue straight and then turn right into Canterbury Street (landmark – it’s just past Durham Street). Continue right to the end of Canterbury Street and turn left into Heather Place, which is a very short street. Take the bend to the left for no.5. Waterfall Cottage is at the end of Heather Place.
