Waterfall Cottage is on the edge of a very scenic forest. I was very impressed with the quality and standard of the brand new accommodation; it had very comfortable warm bedding, soft white fluffy thick towels, an electric blanket, gas room heater and heated towel rail. The breakfast was first rate, and I looked forward to it. Sky TV was available with very good reception. Graeme and Ann are delightful friendly knowledgeable hosts, and anyone who stays there will certainly enjoy themselves.

Don't be fooled by the fact that vehicular access to this property is through a tawdry housing estate. It is a wonderful property, bordering a fast-flowing stream; cross the bridge and you're on the bush path into town, so you get scenic and a useful short cut combined. The unit is excellent - new, tasteful, state- of-the-art in fact. Our hosts, Graeme and Ann Yeoman, were charming and exceedingly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were wonderful. It’s excellent. Go there!

Hi Graeme and Anne, We had a wonderful time in Picton at Waterfall Cottage. Thank you so much for your warm welcome and a clean, modern place to stay for two nights. Breakfast was the perfect start to the day, especially on the first morning sitting outside in the sun. We had a great time on our honeymoon, and we will be sure to recommend you to our friends and family going to New Zealand.

We spent two most enjoyable nights at Waterfall Cottage, a delightful, detached cottage on the edge of the picturesque town of Picton. The cottage, which is an easy stroll from Picton's waterfront and marina, is impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. There is a private and quiet patio in the shade of apple and peach trees. A breakfast with a wide variety of excellently prepared courses was served in the elegant dining room of the main house with a view of the beautifully landscaped and well-groomed garden. Graeme and Ann are the most attentive and thoughtful hosts. It is hard to imagine what more could have been done to make our stay more pleasant. This was a five star experience which we will not hesitate to recommend to all our friends and colleagues.

So many thanks for the beautiful stay and taking me to so many great places. The walking was so beautiful. The bed was so comfortable, the room very beautiful, your house a delight and the food fantastic What more can I say, a joy to be there in every way? The bathroom was excellent and the decor very restful, the whole ambience was very enjoyable Having high speed internet access was a much appreciated bonus. Hope all goes very well with everything .

We really hit the B&B jackpot with Waterfall Cottage, great place to stay in a superb setting, a 5* B&B. They are both lovely people. They even gave us a tour round Picton. We will look forward to a return visit..
